ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your purchase. However if you are not satisfied with your full priced purchase you may return the item within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All items should be returned unworn and in undamaged condition with all designer tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original tags will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. Upon receipt of the item the BL team will assess the condition of the item.
Please ensure to send us a RETURNS EMAIL at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange or refund of the item within 2 days of you receiving the item.
Please ensure the returned item is received by us within 10 days of your original delivery date.
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.
On receiving the return, we will assess the item to confirm that it has been returned unworn and in undamaged condition with all designer tags still attached, and if it has, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
If you would like to exchange your item, please include your credit card details in the RETURNS EMAIL as we charge $10 for return postage to you. Your card will only be charged should we have the available size/item for your exchange, otherwise the purchase price of the item will be refunded to you. ( A copy of the postage receipt will be emailed to you.)
Please consider purchase of sale items carefully as we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly ordered sale items. There are no refunds on sale items unless they are faulty and are returned in accordance with our returns policy.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item that received free shipping, $10 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the original cost of shipping.
There is no returns on Swimwear, Lingerie or pierced earrings for hygienic reasons.
Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
FAULTY RETURNS POLICY
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent out. If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com on receipt and we will try and resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
